It’s done when it’s done. The “links” are not clickable! The plan is to create a brand new DOCMan 2. The reply that this has been answered many times previously is not particularly helpful – I have spent more than an hour looking for a jpomla reply in both joimla forums mentioned and have not found it.
No doubt it is there, but where? I am trying to run DOCman 1. There is no error message about this.
I will however definitly pick up development again. Originally, we wanted to name it DocMan 2, however, due to the Joomla Extenstions community naming policies, we were forced to choose another name.

I also think that it depends on folder permissions. Also all downloads can be logged by user, IP, browser, date and hour.
